Fina was owned by Suzanne's good friend and Schutzhund training parter David McAlister. Suzanne knew Fina as a newborn and owned Fina's sister Getta who also produced many good police dogs. When it was discovered Fina was missing too many teeth to meet breed requirements she was snapped up as a Vancouver Police dog!
